Tonja was drawn to massage therapy 12 years ago by a deep desire to help others find relief, relaxation, and healing through touch. Tonja blends the art and science of bodywork to provide highly personalized care. Specializing in deep tissue, sports, cranial/migraine relief, and Lomi-Lomi massage, she works with clients experiencing pain, stress, or injury, as well as athletes and individuals committed to ongoing self-care. Her advanced training and experience allow Tonja to address low back pain, neck pain, muscle tightness, stress-related tension, and injuries with targeted, effective techniques.

 

A session with Tonja begins with attentive listening and a relaxing atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort. During the first appointment, clients can expect a thorough consultation to identify needs and concerns, clear communication about the process, and a massage tailored to their specific goals. Each session is designed to help reduce pain, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote deep relaxation leaving clients feeling renewed, restored, and better able to enjoy life.

Outside the treatment room, Tonja enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, exploring new places, and pursuing creative passions such as writing books and poetry. These interests fuel her ability to bring curiosity, presence, and creativity into every session.
