PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. Your use of bodyworkforliberation.com or purchase of services from this company indicates your understanding of and agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, DO NOT continue browsing or purchase from this site. These terms are subject to change by Bodywork for Liberation, LLC (“Bodywork for Liberation”) at any time without prior written notice, in Bodywork for Liberation’s sole discretion. 

Services and Payment Policies

  1. Online Appointment Services

All purchases for services are made through bodyworkforliberation.com at the “Schedule Online” section through the Jane App. All information requested must be filled out for the appointment to be reserved and scheduled.  

  1. Packages

Full package terms shall be as posted in the Jane App from time to time. All packages purchased expire after one (1) year from the date of purchase. All packages are purchased by session length and number of massages, these cannot be changed once the purchase has been completed. All visits included in the package purchased can be scheduled with any practitioner within the same tier purchased. (e.g. any tier 1 package can be booked with any tier 1 therapist etc.). Packages cannot be shared with other individuals. Packages cannot be transferred to another individual once purchased. Any packages purchased as a gift must be identified as such when purchased. All packages purchased are final. No refunds are provided.

  1. Payments

Prices and services vary based on the service requested and the provider. Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice prior to service booking and payment. Once a service is booked, the price will not change for the booked service.

Payments must be made at time of booking via credit card online through the Jane App (https://jane.app/legal/privacy-policy) or at time of appointment in person. We do not keep records of your payment information outside of the Jane App.

  1. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Late Arrivals
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To support our practitioners and community, we kindly ask for the following:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for appointments booked more than one day in advance.
  • Appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice require at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Late Arrivals
  • Practitioners will wait up to 20 minutes past your scheduled start time.
  • After 20 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full session fee still applies.
No Call / No Show Fees
  • First occurrence: $30
  • Second and subsequent occurrences: Full session fee
These policies allow us to honor practitioner time and keep our clinic sustainable for the entire community. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in maintaining a respectful healing space.

Contact and Privacy Policy

  1. Personally Identifiable Information

“Personally Identifiable Information” (PII) is defined as information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context.  Bodywork for Liberation collects personally identifiable information in receiving your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, and other details required to provide service. Bodywork for Liberation does not collect PII when you visit our site without scheduling an appointment or entering it yourself onto our “contact” page. If you simply visit bodyworkforliberation.com, no PII will be collected.

  1. Other Uses of PII

In addition to completing services, answering inquiries, and communicating with you regarding your appointments, Bodywork for Liberation may also use your PII to improve our website; to serve you better; to respond to customer service requests; to run promotions or surveys; to ask for ratings or reviews of our products; or to follow up with updated correspondence. In the event that you file a complaint with a third party, such as a review service or a licensing board, we may be required to provide additional information about you and your PII in response to your actions.

  1. Protecting Your PII

Our website is scanned by a third-party malware scanner on a regular basis for security issues and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep information confidential. These include our staff, our independent contractors, our service providers such as the Jane App, and our business consultants (legal, accounting, bookkeeping). Your PII is not transferred to third-parties other than those listed in these policies without providing you prior notification. In addition, none of your financial information is maintained by Bodywork for Liberation outside of the Jane app.

If a data breach of our system occurs that affects your PII, we will notify you via email and with a notice on our website as soon after discovery as is reasonable for our business and the nature of the breach.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your PII unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include our website hosting partners, our payment platform, Jane App, security advisors, and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We do not track you or your use once you leave our site.

At any time, you may request that Bodywork for Liberation correct any information it has about you which is incorrect. To make such a change, please submit these changes on our “Contact Us” page with the subject line of “Correct My Information.” Do note that additional identity verification or another method of verifying the information may be requested, at Bodywork for Liberation’s discretion. Corrections may not include: (a) adjusting past contact information, (b) adjusting practitioner notes, or (c) removing your information from our system entirely, except as stated herein.

You are welcome to request a report of what information we have on file for you. If you do not have current Services or a contract with us, you may request that we delete all of your Information. You may submit either of these requests on our “Contact Us” page with the subject line “Information Request”. If your request or contact does not have this subject line, we cannot fulfill your request and shall not be held responsible for any failure to do so. We will make best efforts to respond to a properly titled request within sixty (60) days. We cannot delete any information if someone has outstanding services. We reserve the right to delay fulfilling your Request or to reject your request in order to fulfill Our business, legal, or accounting needs or obligations, so long as we notify you of the anticipated delay or rejection.

We may release your PII when requested to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours’ or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Your information is kept for no more than three (3) years after your most recent provision or renewal of information.

Intellectual Property Policy

  1. All products, services, logos, images, and videos on the site and used on the site are the registered or unregistered copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or patents of Bodywork for Liberation, LLC and various third parties pursuant to valid licenses. The copying of any of the content on this site is an infringement of Bodywork for Liberation, LLCs, and possibly others’ intellectual property and a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If you believe that Bodywork for Liberation is using your intellectual property without permission, you may contact us on our Contact Us page and we will take down that intellectual property within forty-eight hours to investigate the claim. If we determine your claim is invalid, we will put the intellectual property back on our website after that determination.

Other Policies and Terms

  1. Notices to You

We may provide any notice to you under these Terms and Conditions by sending a message to the e-mail address you provide or by posting to the home page of bodyworkforliberation.com. Notices sent by e-mail will be effective when the e-mail is sent. Notices provided by posting will be effective upon posting.

  1. Notices to Bodywork for Liberation, LLC

To give us general feedback, including complaints, take-down requests, return requests, and changes of e-mail address, you may use the contact us page. We will respond as appropriate.

To provide Bodywork for Liberation, LLC with official notice under these terms for any conditions requiring it, e-mail notice via the contact us page is sufficient.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, your Order, and the Online Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your use of this website, the intellectual property, or your purchase of any services from Bodywork for Liberation, LLC, you agree to binding arbitration with JAMS under the JAMS arbitration rules in Denver, Colorado. The arbitration shall be before a sole arbitrator. The arbitration shall be confidential. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.

  1. No Waivers

The failure by Bodywork for Liberation, LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
