Metrics will be measured four times per year for each fiscal quarter. You will receive a report with your metric scores and total score.
You will have an opportunity to meet with our Office Assistant Manager to review and discuss the data if you choose. Meetings are optional but encouraged, and they are required if you would like to increase your level.
If your performance qualifies you to move up from A to B within your level, your pay rate will be increased after you meet with Jonathan and the Office Assistant Manager.
If your performance qualifies you to move up from one level to the next, your pay rate increase will be coordinated with your session rate increase. This means that moving up from one level to the next involves increasing the rate that Bodywork for Liberation with charge clients for your sessions. Only one level can be advanced at a time, as demand will shift in response to rate increases. The timing of this session rate increase will be coordinated with the marketing team in order to ensure that it is received well by your clients. Session rate increases will be executed in the fall, between September 15 and October 15, or in the spring, between March 15 and April 15. Through careful observation, we have determined these are the safest ties to increase rates. This timing reduces drop off in client bookings and helps preserve demand for your practice.
If you fall into a lower performance rate bracket, your goals will be outlined and you will have another 3 months to improve before your rate is changed. Support and resources will be provided to help address any areas needing improvement. Your pay rate can increase as often as twice a year and within as little as a 3 month span, but can only decrease every 6 months.
In order to be eligible for Level 4 or above you are required to have a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
