Every quarter, practitioners will be assigned a score for each individual metric according to their performance in that metric based on the following scale:
Score | Productivity with Time | Productivity with Clients | New Client Retention |
5 | 80%+ booked | 2.2+ ratio of clients to sessions | 35%+ new client retention |
4 | 75 – 79% | 2 – 2.2 | 26 – 35% |
3 | 70 – 74% | 1.8 – 1.9 | 16 – 25% |
2 | 65 – 69% | 1.5 – 1.7 | 6 – 15% |
1 | 60 – 64% | 1.2 – 1.4 | 1 – 5% |
