Courtney Van Gorden, LMT

Courtney Brianne Van Gorden’s journey into massage therapy stems from her deep appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between individual well-being and the health of the environment. Drawing inspiration from her connection to the Earth, Courtney crafts personalized massage sessions aimed at empowering clients on their path to holistic wellness.

In her treatment room, she fosters open communication and listens attentively to her clients’ needs, integrating intuitive touch with a blend of diverse healing traditions, including Polynesian, Thai, Native Hawaiian, and Māori modalities, alongside biomechanics and eco-conscious movement practices. Specializing in supporting women and mothers through all stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum, Courtney aims to help her clients thrive and reach their full potential.

Clients commonly experience relief from physical discomfort, deep relaxation, and an increased sense of self-awareness and interconnectedness. Courtney’s approach is rooted in ancestral wisdom and ecological awareness, guided by her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA and extensive training in traditional Thai massage and indigenous healing practices.

Outside of her practice, Courtney enjoys spending time with her son and canine companion, finding solace in nature through activities like surfing, kayaking, and mountain exploration.
